Customer Policies

Order Confirmation
All custom orders must be fully paid before production begins. Orders are not started until payment and design approval are received.


Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Turnaround time begins after design approval.


Custom Orders
Because items are custom-made:
  • All sales are final

No refunds or returns once production begins


Design Approval
Customers are responsible for approving spelling, colors, and sizing before printing. Changes after approval may result in additional fees.


Rush Orders
Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees (see Rush Policy).Reprints & Errors
  • If we make a mistake, we’ll fix it at no cost.

If an error is due to customer approval (wrong size, spelling, etc.), reprints are the customer’s responsibility.

Color Disclaimer
Printed colors may vary slightly due to screen vs. print differences.

Refund & Damage Policy

No refunds on custom items, unless they meet the following criteria:

    • We have made the mistake

    • You contact us to report the issue within 48 hours (2 days)


       Photo proof will be required for your refund to be considered

Lost or Delayed Package(s)

Once shipped, the carrier then controls the delivery.
You will be provided a tracking number once the product has shipped, and will need to contact the carrier from that point on.
